Notes:

1. The figures above indicate current law numbers for 2003, and do not reflect a $5 million, or 1%, shared revenue cut for 2003 proposed by the governor as part of a Medicaid reimbursement plan. The money is to be returned to medical-assistance certified municipal providers of ambulance services.

2. The 2004 figure includes $70 million in municipal shared revenue reductions proposed by Gov. Doyle plus $20 million in municipal shared revenue reductions due to take effect in 2004 under last year's budget repair bill (and included in the Fiscal Bureau's "current law" numbers for 2004), plus a $5 million reduction to be returned in the form of ambulance-related Medicaid reimbursements.
